Jim Terry brings over 25 years of extensive experience in both the policy and campaign arenas offering a broad array of legislative, strategic, communications, and management skills that help clients build comprehensive, effective, and winning campaigns.

A long-time veteran of Capitol Hill, Mr. Terry has served as a campaign manager, political director, and advisor on some of the most high-profile races in the nation and at the National Republican Congressional Committee. He understands the legislative process literally in and out, having served as both a congressional Chief of Staff and Chief Executive at the Free Enterprise Fund, a non-profit advocacy organization dedicated to advancing free-market policies.

Since founding TDS Public Affairs in 2007, Mr. Terry has provided strategic communications, public affairs, grassroots, and paid media services to Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and non-profit organizations. He has appeared on Fox News, CNN, and countless talk radio outlets across the country and has testified before Congress numerous times.

Patty Roe, a seasoned political strategist and co-founder of a successful marketing firm, gained recognition as one of San Diego Magazine’s “Women of the Year” in 2015 for her impactful contributions to the political landscape. With a rich background spanning fifteen years in political campaigns, Patty excels in grassroots organization, campaign management, and financial expertise.

Having served as a former Chief of Staff on Capitol Hill, Patty successfully oversaw official, campaign, and finance operations, demonstrating her strategic talent in managing targeted campaigns. She successfully held a congressional district the size of Illinois with just 32% registered Republicans.

Before her political career, Patty managed a political fundraising business and spent a decade in the investment industry, marketing global investment products and providing trading and research for institutional clients.

Paige Boogaard is a lifelong DMV native with a background in political communications on Capitol Hill.

A graduate of the University of Alabama, Ms. Boogaard earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Political Science and then took her talents back to Washington, D.C. In her three years as a press aide on Capitol Hill, Ms. Boogaard gained experience in political writing and legislative research, furthering her passion for communicating the inner workings of D.C. to the general public.

Outside of the office, Ms. Boogaard enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. On any given Saturday in the Fall, you can find her cheering on the Crimson Tide, America’s favorite football dynasty.

A Certified Public Accountant, Trisha brings nearly three decades of experience serving businesses large and small to her role at TDS. A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, she is married with two children.
